About the Role
As a Customer Success Specialist at Flowsuite, you will be the trusted partner for our customers, ensuring they get maximum value from our platform. You’ll work directly with clients to understand their goals, resolve issues, and help them implement workflows that elevate their business performance.
This role is perfect for empathetic communicators who love solving problems, building relationships, and guiding users toward success.
Onboard new customers and help them get set up on Flowsuite
Provide expert guidance on features, best practices, and workflow optimization
Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and video calls
Monitor customer health, usage patterns, and satisfaction
Collaborate with product and engineering to report bugs and share feedback
Develop help guides, FAQs, and training materials
Responsibilities
Lead onboarding sessions and product walkthroughs for new clients
Act as the primary point of contact for customer questions and support
Track customer KPIs and proactively prevent churn
Troubleshoot issues and work with internal teams for resolutions
Host training webinars and create educational resources
Document customer insights and contribute to product improvements
Maintain CRM records, customer notes, and communication logs
Identify upsell opportunities and guide customers to the right features or plans
Requirements / Qualifications
1–3+ years of experience in customer success, support, or account management
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to understand customer needs and simplify technical concepts
Experience working with SaaS tools or CRM platforms
Strong problem-solving mindset and a positive, empathetic attitude
Comfortable hosting meetings, demos, and virtual training
Good organizational and time-management skills
Experience with Flowsuite is a plus, but not required
