About the Role
As a Product Designer at Flowsuite, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience and visual identity of our platform. You’ll work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to create intuitive, elegant, and user-centered designs that simplify complex workflows.
This role is ideal for designers who blend creativity with practicality and who are passionate about solving real problems through thoughtful design.
Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and polished UI layouts
Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing
Design intuitive interfaces for web and mobile applications
Collaborate with product and engineering teams throughout the design lifecycle
Maintain and expand the Flowsuite design system
Ensure consistency, accessibility, and brand alignment across all user touchpoints
Responsibilities
Translate product requirements into clean, engaging user experiences
Develop high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using Figma
Lead design sprints, user testing sessions, and feedback loops
Document design decisions and maintain up-to-date visual guidelines
Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
Analyze user behavior, metrics, and feedback to improve product flows
Contribute to building scalable design patterns and component libraries
Requirements / Qualifications
2–5+ years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design
Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile design work
Expertise in Figma, prototyping tools, and visual design principles
Understanding of UX research, personas, and usability testing
Ability to turn complex systems into simple, intuitive user experiences
Knowledge of design systems, grid structures, and responsive layouts
Basic familiarity with HTML/CSS (plus but not required)
Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
Experience designing for SaaS, CRM, or workflow tools is a big advantage
