About the Role
As an SDR, you will focus on engaging prospects, qualifying leads, and setting up opportunities for the sales team. This role is ideal for proactive, outgoing individuals who love communication and are passionate about helping businesses succeed.
Reach out to potential customers via email, phone, and social channels
Identify and qualify sales opportunities
Maintain detailed records of interactions in Flowsuite CRM
Schedule meetings and demos for account executives
Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams
Provide feedback to improve lead generation strategies
Responsibilities
Conduct outbound prospecting and lead generation
Respond to inbound inquiries promptly and professionally
Qualify leads based on BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) criteria
Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records
Participate in weekly sales meetings and strategy sessions
Track and report key metrics, including lead conversion and pipeline contribution
Requirements / Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation (SaaS experience preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build rapport with potential clients quickly
Strong organizational and time management skills
Familiarity with CRM tools (experience with Flowsuite is a plus)
Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive mindset
