About the Role

As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will play a key role in building high-performance, user-friendly interfaces that power the core experience of Flowsuite. You’ll work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver scalable, modern, and visually polished web applications.
This role is perfect for developers who care deeply about UI/UX, write clean and efficient code, and enjoy solving complex problems that impact thousands of users.

• Develop responsive, intuitive, and pixel-perfect user interfaces

• Work with modern frameworks like React, Next.js, and TypeScript

• Collaborate with product and design teams to deliver seamless user experiences

• Optimize performance, loading speed, and overall usability

• Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code

• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to architectural decisions

  
  

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain complex frontend features using React/Next.js

• Translate Figma/Design mockups into high-quality, reusable UI components

• Improve application performance, accessibility, and responsiveness

• Implement state management using Redux, Zustand, or similar libraries

• Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate APIs efficiently

• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and sprint planning

• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and adherence to best practices

• Contribute to frontend architecture, tooling, and CI/CD improvements

  
  

Requirements / Qualifications

• 4–7+ years of experience in frontend development

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Next.js

• Deep understanding of HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind, and modern UI frameworks

• Experience with API integration, REST/GraphQL

• Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library)

• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

• Experience working in SaaS or high-growth startup environment (preferred)

• Ability to mentor and guide junior/mid-level engineers

• A strong portfolio or GitHub demonstrating UI-heavy projects
